Food Sucralose liquid is made of 25% of Sucralose with little proportion of preservatives as Potassium sorbate, Sodium benzoate. It is an intensely sweetener, clear, colorless liquid. It functions as a non-nutritive sweetener / flavor enhancer.

Food Sucralose liquid can only be used in applications where the product or manufactured goods has a pH of 7.0 or lower. For baked goods the pH cannot be higher than 8.0.
