Product Introduction
Weld bead laser cleaning machine using pulsed fiber lasers with small heat-affected areas, no damage to the substrate, and adjustable cleaning width. More and more applications are used in the cleaning of welds after welding of stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum alloy, etc.
Compared with traditional cleaning methods such as mechanical polishing, pickling, and electrolytic cleaning, laser cleaner is more environmentally friendly, safer and more flexible, with no damage to the base material and no secondary pollution.
Laser cleaning can also gradually remove the passivation treatment of the weld bead of metal products, reducing the impact of traditional pickling on the environment.
