For chemical analysis like CA Prop 65, FDA, ASTM and REACH-SVHC regulations regarding Pb, Cd, Hg, Cr(VI), PBBs, PBDEs, phthalates and more, we send products to third-party testing companies like Bureau Veritas, SGS, TUV and Intertek to finish the testing.

5.     what are your quality standards?

We adopt AQL General Inspection Level II (Critical 0, Major 2.5, Minor 4.0); if a client has higher quality standards or lower quality standards, please advise us prior to our quoting and mass production, so that we can adjust our pricing and inspection standards accordingly.

 

6.     if there is any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?

HAODEXIN offers replacement of defective items. HAODEXIN also pays for the labor cost if re-screening on the items is needed by customers in their countries. All the claims must be filed with HAODEXIN within 15 working days after the date of discharging the cargo at customer destination facility.
