Characteristics of three-cylinder rotary dryer

Principle of three-cylinder rotary dryer
The three-cylinder rotary dryer is designed with advanced drying technology and formed by embedding of three concentric cylinders (in different diameters) in certain mathematical relation and structural style. According to the principle of thermal function, the cylinder is provided with lifting and guide plates at different angles and intervals. This structure can ensure that the dried materials move in the spiral direction under the action of gravity and maintain sufficient retention time and dispersion in the cylinder, so as to achieve sufficient heat exchange between the materials in the cylinder and the hot air flow from the combustion chamber and eliminate the defects of small heat exchange area and low evaporation intensity of unit volume caused by air holes in the section of conventional drying equipment. Due to the special three-cylinder structure, the inner and middle cylinders can be surrounded by the outer cylinder to form a self-insulation system. The heat from the surfaces of the inner and middle cylinders participates in the heat exchange of materials in the outer cylinder, while the outer cylinder is located at the low temperature end of the hot air flow. Therefore, the heat dissipation area and heat loss of the cylinder can be reduced obviously. The dryer can make full use of the waste heat, reduce the heat dissipation loss, and increase the heat exchange area to greatly improve the evaporation intensity of unit volume and heat utilization and reduce the energy consumption.
Application of three-cylinder rotary dryer
The three-cylinder rotary dryer is mainly applicable to the energy-saving drying of various kinds of powder, granular, strip and block material such as yellow sand, quartz sand, iron filings and mud, copper filings, aluminum filings, wood chip, vegetable leaf, mineral powder and particle, magnet powder, carbon particle, granular fertilizer, tea leafs and chicken manure.
